It’s really going to depend on context. If you haven’t known her for very long, and she’s using loose body language, then that’s an excellent sign that there’s a strong connection between the two of you. If she looks away when you notice her looking at you, that’s also a good sign. It could mean that she’s interested in you, but doesn’t want you to know she’s interested in you. If a girl seems to be purposely avoiding any sort of contact with you – say, actively avoiding any chance to talk to you, even if you’re in a group setting – chances are she thinks you like her but she is not interested.
