When you read The Flow or listen to The Flow on Audio, you will know what to say and do at each step of the way with a woman so you don’t get stuck. Sometimes you’ll meet a woman and both you and her will commit to each other immediately.

Present her with a concrete plan she can’t refuse. When you know what you want, and don’t want, in a relationship, this puts you into the role of the selector. Instead of pursuing every single beautiful woman, hoping she’ll shower you with her attention, you’re being selective about who you want to be your girlfriend. You’ll start giving off the vibe that you don’t need women to make your life complete.

Why is she beautiful to you? Can you imagine her as your girlfriend? Wait until you’re in the midst of conversation to bring up any compliments, so you’ve had time to figure out what they are.

If you don’t, avoid asking if she wants to do something and assume that she does. A woman likes a man that knows what he wants, from the larger scope of his life and ambitions to the minutiae, such as setting up dates and ordering at restaurants.

A few hours a few times a week is no big ask. Be sure to stay active, and your confidence will reach a stage where you become a real, long-term prospect as a partner. There is an added charm in being able to do this, and it’s this charm that will have women looking over at you. When you decide you do want to have a girlfriend, being aware of these social elements are essential to your success. I was sure to build up what I call “relationship equity” with all my resourceful friends simply by being generous.

• And let her know that you’re interested in the possibility of having the relationship develop into something more serious that a mere fling.
• A few hours a few times a week is no big ask.
• Be bold and forward when trying to find a girlfriend, and always show intent.
• Always comfort her when she’s sad.
• Do NOT do this to land the one hot chic you’ve been dreaming of and chasing half your life.

5. How To Meet Women

Most likely you’ll get friend-zoned. Be assertive by making plans and being clear in your mind of what you want. This also reverts back to the previous point of being comfortable in your own skin – you don’t have to be the best looking, funniest man in the world but if you’re confident with who you are, you will instantly be ten times more attractive than a really good-looking shy man. While leading the single life is fun for a while, it can become tiring and often leaves singles wanting something more meaningful.

For many of the men we coach, one of their main hindrances is, ironically enough… their eagerness to find a relationship. They obsess over their need to have a girlfriend, demonstrating clingy and needy behavior. And when they do meet girls they like, they usually scare them away because of this.

Women LOVE a man who is well-dressed. It shows us that maybe you have your life together and that you have a sense of fashion (which means you might be able to pick out a decent gift for us when holidays and birthdays come around).
